We were inspired to found Blackbird Security after receiving feedback from small business owners. They found the current Canadian security companies lacking, as they were too small to provide a wide range of services, or too large to devise custom security plans. As we grow to serve more clients in more communities, we remain more committed than ever to offering the service choice and reliability of a large security company, while retaining the personalization and flexibility of a small business.
We Are Hands On
Our founders are security experts with decades of international experience in various security fields. They are hands-on with the day-to-day operation of Blackbird Security, often meeting with clients, auditing our services, and ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, they will follow up with you to learn ways we can improve.
We Are Flexible
We don’t believe in the traditional client-contractor relationship. Instead, we’re partners collaborating on a mutually beneficial goal – the protection of our clients’ business or property. If you have existing security policies, we are happy to work within them. We are as hands-on or light-touch as you need us to be.
