Our in-house, certified First Aid Instructors are certified by the Lifesaving Society and recognized by the WSIB, ensuring information is up to date and reputable. In addition to first aid training, our security guards also receive Naloxone training and a Naloxone medication pack which they carry while on duty. This equips them with the tools and skills needed to revive individuals suffering from overdose. Blackbird Security safeguards residences and events in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside and can support community members suffering from overdose.
