Our team will provide 24/7 security service in both towers, with as many as six uniformed security guards and concierge security staff on-premises during peak times.

Each ICE Condominium Tower will be led by a Blackbird Site Director, who has responsibility for ensuring a welcoming and pleasant resident experience, while ensuring all enjoy a safe and secure environment. We achieve this goal through our industry leading Blackbird Academy training school.
Blackbird Academy – Trained for Excellence
At Blackbird Security, a security license is just the first step on the road to a career as a security guard. Our Blackbird Academy exists to create security guards equipped for a rapidly changing world; ones with the knowhow and comfort level to safely handle any scenario.
A key focus in the training provided at Blackbird Academy is in the field of customer service. Most of the interactions a security guard faces in their day-to-day role are with law abiding members of the general public. Whether they’re answering phones, providing directions, or warmly greeting residents, we understand our guards are acting as frontline brand ambassadors and first impressions are crucial.
When we look at the key ingredients of customer service, we find so much overlap with professional security guards. Appearance, vigilance, communication skills and knowledge are all useful traits in good customer service, and they’re all key skills for a security guard to possess.
