Blackbird Security prohibits staff behaviour that is considered violent, harassment or discriminatory. All of our staff are trained in de-escalation and arrests must only be made on reasonable grounds. In our hiring practice and during security incidents, we do not condone discrimination.
As a company we are committed to improving Indigenous awareness. This commitment includes employment opportunities, staff education and community involvement.
