With a full-service security and concierge team providing 24/7 coverage in both towers, ICE Condominiums continues to enhance resident-facing services to create a best-in-class downtown community. Blackbird Security is a key partner in this vision, exemplified by the newly added role of Site Directors. These highly qualified team members will ensure an excellent resident experience and lead a team dedicated to fostering a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment.
ICE Condominiums will benefit from Blackbird’s unique approach to security and concierge services, which includes comprehensive training through the Blackbird Academy. This program covers essential areas such as St. John’s Mental Health Training, Indigenous Awareness Training, Conflict Resolution, and Customer Service.
