Through our partnership with the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), we continue to offer bursaries to Indigenous security guards in British Columbia. This program is designed to support the professional development of Indigenous individuals and enhance their representation within the industry.
Understanding the importance of cultural representation and community engagement, we ensure that at least 50% of our security guards at the Winnipeg Millennium Public Library are Indigenous. Located in a predominantly Indigenous area, this initiative helps create a more inclusive and culturally sensitive environment for the community.
