What you will do?

Establish a strong security presence to deter crime and theft.
Identify, monitor and approach subjects who may have unpaid merchandise.
Document theft and other security violations.
Patrol the premises, provide access control and respond to emergency. situations in an appropriate and timely manner.
Perform safety and security duties with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients, customers and patrons.
Respond to emergencies and escalate to law enforcement agencies as required.

The Ideal Candidate

A Valid Security License is required.
Possess keen interest in asset protection and crime prevention.
Experience with arrests and detaining shoplifting.
Previous security experience in a retail environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Willingness to attend meetings and improve skills.
Willingness to patrol and stand for the duration of the entire shift.
Ability to work independently without close supervision.
